A farm stay on our working 14-acre ranch in the North Okanagan-Shuswap, run directly by the family who lives here. Mornings with the animals, valley views, and quiet you can actually hear. Pets are always welcome, and if you ride, bring your horse too, we've got a paddock and stalls waiting.
The Cottages sit on our own working farm, where the North Logan Bergen, Columbia Shuswap and Nicola valleys meet. This was a potato farm once, some of the outbuildings still stand over the old root cellars, and it's a working guest ranch again today. Come here for slow mornings, a comfortable place to land, and valley air.
Escape to this 1-bedroom-plus-loft cottage on our 14-acre farm, right off Highway 97, just 15 minutes from Falkland, 25 from Salmon Arm and Vernon, an hour from Silver Star and Sun Peaks, and 30 minutes to the lakes, wineries and trails of the Shuswap and Okanagan. Your private, mountain-facing cottage comes with luxury linens, a full bathroom, a bonus loft, and complete privacy. Enjoy an outdoor fire, a full kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Pets are welcome, and the loft is best suited to kids since the ceiling is low. You're welcome to enjoy the rest of the property too: walk or ride the Glenemma Trails right from our gate, bring your horse (we've got stalls and paddocks), build an outdoor fire, cook up a storm in the full kitchen with granite counters, and just relax. A mountain home away from home.
Sleeps up to 6: one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and a loft with a queen bed. The loft ceiling is low, so it's best suited to kids or shorter guests.

Our home base is a 14-acre working farm in Falkland, sitting at the corner of three valleys, the North Logan Bergen, the Columbia Shuswap and the Nicola. It was a potato farm once, and a few of the outbuildings still sit over the original root cellars. Today it's horses, goats, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats.
Two friendly herding dogs live here too, and they'll probably say hello before you've even parked. Bring your own pets along, no questions asked, and if you keep horses, bring them as well, we've got a paddock and stalls for up to two and you can ride straight out onto the Glenemma Trails from our property.
The Cottages sit right here on the ranch, mornings with the animals, valley views, and quiet you can hear. We run it ourselves, not through a management company, and we're the ones you'll hear back from if you write in.
